Mary Bycholski is a board-certified nurse practitioner, award-winning entrepreneur, and the visionary founder behind G&S Consulting, named after her daughters—a platform designed to mentor, educate, and empower medical professionals breaking into the aesthetics and wellness industry. A single mother who built a thriving multi-service medspa from a rented room to a full brick-and-mortar facility with six treatment rooms and a full-time team, Mary knows what it takes to turn ambition into impact.



With a background in internal medicine, emergency care, and neurology, and years of hands-on success in aesthetics and business strategy, she now helps aspiring injectors and medical entrepreneurs step into their purpose, build profitable businesses, and redefine success on their terms.
